massagediva and I were talking a bit, and we've both noticed that there seems to be some free-floating, seemingly-causeless, seemingly-external tension about, which has been keeping us from sleeping and giving us odd dreams. I was wondering, has anyone else been experiencing anything similar?

Wierd dreams and fits of sleeplessness, and the hot chocolate won't make it go away.
