massagediva and I were talking a bit, and we've both noticed that there seems to be some free-floating, seemingly-causeless, seemingly-external tension about, which has been keeping us from sleeping and giving us odd dreams. I was wondering, has anyone else been experiencing anything similar?

I have been having reacurring nightmares about putting dead bodies into furnaces ( a furnace that seems terribly familier ) and suicidal babies. All followed up with a nice dose of sleep paralysis. :( not fun.
