Your result for The Social Persona Test (What kind of man/woman are you?)...
The Renaissance Faire Wench (QLAF)
Quirky Liberal Alpha Female
You are perhaps the most popular result on OKCupid, but don’t worry, you are anything but common. I’m guessing you are quite flirtatious, but you are hardly reliant on men. You like to do things the mainstream would consider strange, (like dress in costume, perhaps?), but this gives you an irresistible allure. Eat, drink, and be merry, but make sure whoever you date respects you and does not take advantage of your laid-back attitude. (BTW, you are likely the only type who can see That Creepy Guy (NLBM) for who he is, helping him to bring out the Manga Geek (QLBM) inside. This does not mean you have to date one, however. You are quite flexible and can enjoy the company of many of the types.)
PS: You are one of my favorite types to date. If you happen to be between 20 and 30 and live in New England, perhaps you would like to send me a message.
--BookWyrm85 :-D
You are more QUIRKY than NORMAL.
You are more LIBERAL than TRADITIONAL.
You are more DOMINANT than PASSIVE.
When picking a date, consider: The Lord of the Misfits (QLAM), The Fratt Boy (NLAM), The Snowball's Chance in Hell (QTBM), The Manga Geek (QLBM), or That Creepy Guy (NLBM).

Fairly accurate, though I have not actually gotten to go to a RenFaire in years. (Not for lack of wanting, though.)
Feeling much more mellow than I was. A little tired, but otherwise good. I really really enjoyed Star Trek. The only thing I feel any need to comlpain about is that the Romulans felt a little bit cardboard, to me. I likes me a good villain, and they just didn't grab me. The only other thing is... I think I may have a crush on Spock, now. Don't get me wrong, he was always one of my favourites, but now here I am sitting in the theater and going: "Oooh, he's a bit yummy. /:-)" Being as I grew up with the character (thanks to my Trekkie dad), it feels... weird. Almost like suddenly discovering that I'm attracted to one of my uncles or something. :-/ I think it's because we get to see some of what's underneath the perfecly calm veneer. I always like a person better once I get to see a little of what's under the hood, so to speak. At any rate, I'm glad I spent money to see it, and plan to again before it leaves theatres.
Today, after picking up my sculptures from the first gallery, I marched directly over to the one just down the road and was promptly put on their waiting list, no voting required. The man who looked at them was a sculptor himself, and said I was definitely onto something, that I should make more, and that they'd call me when space opened up. He actually bordered on enthusiastic. ^_^ He says I need to think of a name for my line, so that repeat customers will know what to ask for. (Apparently, the people who buy from that gallery tend to collect, so if they buy my work once, they're likely to buy again.)
After that, I hopped over to Bloomington to grab some food (Pad Thai from the Siam House), see about a couple of other shops I know of over there, and, as always when I'm in that town, say hi to my friend Chaze. One shop didn't show for local artists after all, the second liked my work, but didn't have space, and the third (and most likely candidate) was closed, so I'll have to see about stopping by there again sometime. Shot the breeze with Chaze for a bit and discovered that he's been talked into dressing in drag for an LGBT charity thing this October. (He says it took a lot of vodka. You can bloody well bet I'll be making a trip back to witness this!)
And now... I think I'll go veg a bit. I got up way to early to get all of this running around done...
