Well, that'll be useful. /:-) Perhaps I should ramp up my work with the Iron Pentacle. I have been having some insights, through that meditation, lately, realizing the affect that old traumas still have on me, even though I thought I'd left them far behind. Realizing that some things were more scarring than I'd initially considered them, measured against other things going on in my life back then. Not terribly pleasant, having to re-examine memories I'd rather forget about, but it's easier to fix a problem if you know what's at its root...

So, here's to getting all of that toxicity out for good!
