(no subject)

I'm trying sculpey, this time, and it's much easier to manipulate than the other clay I was using. The only thing that worries me are the instructions... "Bake at 275 degrees F for 15 minutes per 6mm thickness... I'm really very awful at estimating things like that... The other kind was a pain to work with, but at least it was 10 minutes no matter what the bloodyhell you were making. *grumbles a bit* However, the new critter looks like it'll turn out well, provided I don't make it explode. :-? (No, it isn't another fish, but I do want to make one more of those, since one of the cats knocked the first one off of its stand and shattered the poor thing...) I'll have pictures up either late tomorrow or day after... This one hangs up (hopefully). ^_^

New creature. I plan on making another one in shades of green. The light from the scanner kind of washes out the purple-blue irridesence on the body. The weird bit in the middle of the body is a loop, so that a ribbon or somesuch can be threaded through to hang it up. :-)
