Well, The Unborn was actually pretty good. Decent actors, decent story, some really pretty, surreal, creepy imagery, and a different take on the exorcism angle. (They did Jewish mysticism rather than Christian.) I'd say three out of five... aardvarks. (I almost stole your chickens, Emmay!)
I think I may be coming down with something... That or these headache-y things are migraines. It's pulsing, and my vision goes wonky, and I feel nauseous, and it's making the kink in my neck hurt more because the muscles down to my shoulders don't want to relax, and when my dad gave me migrane medicine, it mostly went away. Now I feel a tad dizzy and still a mite nauseous, but still not as bad as I was... I think I may stay down here in Seymour another day, if I'm not back at 100% by the end of tonight. Driving for almost an hour in the morning doesn't sound good, right now...
The only thing that makes me uncertain is that the actual headache-y part seems to only last a few minutes (whereas I've read migraines tend to last a few hours at least) before dying back down again, unless I have to get up for something, or the temperature changes (like going back and forth from my place in front of the space heater to check in customers) at which point it comes back... I'm not sure, as this is a fairly recent development for me... :-? I have some people on here who get migraines, don't I? What is it like for you?
Watched the inaugeration concert (and I probably misspelled that, but I'm not in the mood to look it up). The world is starved for hope and kindess, and it left me with a feeling like we've taken a step toward helping things by our choice of new president. Of course the stubbourn cynic in me says performances like that are designed for just that purpose, but we need less of that kind of thinking around here, and less need for it... I think I'll go upstairs now. It's warmer upstairs...
