I have to be up by 11:30 tomorrow morning to go to my aunt and uncle's belated X-mas get-together. I love seeing them, but jeezy creezy, that'll have me running on three hours of sleep... :-S Good thing I don't have to drive...

Ip Bop Fleeble Gorp

The party with Aunt T and Uncle P was fun, with lots of talking and laughing. Since it was so early, we ended up making an excursion into town to see their new office. (They own a small business, doing pension plans) We also ended up going to the Borders and having a browse, at which point I picked up Clive Barker's latest, a book of Japanese myths and a copy of Fantastic Planet, which is a gloriously trippy animated French film that I recommend to anyone who hasn't seen it and likes that kind of thing. Then we came back to their house for vegetarian lasagna and yummy garlic rolls and more socializing.

I'm feeling exhausted, but oddly lucid... I think... Sort of. At any rate, I didn't get into a wreck on the way to work. :-P I think I'll go and watch the movie while playing Disgaea and reading... Or something like that... Maybe I should take a nap...

Edit: Well, bugger. They've chosen some other guy to be the next Doctor. >:-/ I was really cheering for the Marquis...
