This is intriguing because, in this morning's potentially prophetic (or at least potentially mystical) dream, I was sitting outside work (which was for some reason simultaneously my grandfather's house) enjoying a little fresh air, when a small black bull wandered into the parking lot. After cantering around a bit, it came over to me, transformed into a calf and behaved like a puppy, wiggling and wanting me to pet it.

If I recall correctly, black bulls were sacrificed to Hecate. :-? They were also sacred to Poseidon and a handfull of versions of Ra and Osiris. Bulls in general were sacred to Aphrodite, too, thinking about it. *ponders*...
