So, the Religious Wrong is upset about NBC editing the religious references out of their Veggie Tales cartoons. Now, I can understand this. After all, Veggie Tales was created to be a religious cartoon. I believe everyone's got a right to express their artistic vision, even if I don't fully agree with said vision... However, at the same time, they're protesting Madonna daring to use a cross in her latest tour. Our dear friends at the AFA have petitions circulating the 'net, calling for public outrage on both subjects.
It seems to me that we're encountering yet more of that lovely hypocrisy that we keep seeing from these sorts of people. Nobody can touch their artistic vision, yet they can dictate everyone else's...
Until they're willing to allow artistic freedom for everyone, I say unto you, NBC--Hack away!
