rant

Still got a cold. It's not so bad, now. I broke down and started taking medicine for it. Proof of my diminishing patience. Here's more proof: I work at a hotel (wait, this isn't the good part). I checked in this one lady, right? Middle-aged, middle-class, nothing appeared outwardly to be wrong with her. Ten seconds after I check her in, she calls me (I assume on her cell phone). She's not even in her room yet and already has a complaint. Wanna know what she complained about?
The ~GRASS~. There's 20 feet of it between the parking lot and the rooms and (here's the good part) she has to walk ALL THAT LOOOOOOONG DISTANCE to get to her room! Jesus-H-Freaking-Christ-on-a-Tricycle-Wearing-a-Propeller-Beanie! WTF?????? Is THIS what the human race has devolved to??? THIS is supposed to be the height of evolution on this planet???? Top of the freaking food chain????? If it can't be eaten, sold, or otherwise USED UP, what is it? What is it?? It's a nuisance, isn't it?? It's just something to be ripped up, exterminated, or otherwise tossed aside rather than appeciated for it's simple beauty and the neat squooshy feeling of walking through it barefoot.
Oh, SOMETHING come and wake these people UP!!! Tyler Durden, Velociraptors, Day After Tomorrow, SOMETHING!!!!!!! WAKE THESE LAZY, DELUDED, SHALLOW MORONS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
